Eddy Abawatt is a member of Moarbes LLP litigation support department. He frequently assists the dispute resolution group with arbitration cases (ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL), case management, document control, discovery management and trial coordination. Mr. Abawatt holds a J.D. from La Sagesse University and an LL.M for the Saint-Joseph University. He is currently pursuing his PHD in public law.
Ms. Caline Mouawad is a senior Partner of Moarbes and head of its corporate practice. She is a member of the Beirut Bar since 1997. She holds a J.D. from Université Saint-Joseph and an MBA from Ecole Supérieure des Affaires (ESA). She represents numerous Fortune 500 companies, banks, as well as state-owned entities and high net-worth individuals in corporate matters. She has specialized knowledge of taxation matters under Lebanese Law.
Charbel is the firm's Managing Partner and the Chair of its International Arbitration practice. He is a member of the New York, Paris and Beirut Bars. Charbel has more than a decade of experience in international arbitration and litigation, including investor-state arbitration and international commercial arbitration in the Americas, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
